0.75oz unsweetened pineapple

0.75oz lemon

0.5oz coconut creme

0.25oz orgeat (homemade)

6 drops Élemakule Tiki bitters

Garnish: pineapple wedge, pineapple fronds, mint sprig

Method: add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe, garnish and enjoy!
