Chocolate Covered Strawberries
INGREDIENTS

2 oz JavaMur Cacao

4-5 fresh strawberries

0.5oz mint syrup

2 dashes chocolate bitters
-
1oz soda water

In a shaker muddle strawberries with mint syrup. Add lime, rum, and bitters and shake well with ice, 30 seconds. Double strain into a champagne flute and top with soda water.
